"A clean, friendly no frill hotel. Coffee access limited to 7-11 instead of all day. It appeared as though they use to serve at least ..a continental breakfast but no longer do so. Only iron is on the 4th floor and there is a $10 a night parking fee. Pool is small but clean."

"I would make sure that if you’re looking for an Ocean view, make sure that they’re giving you an ocean view not a rooftop view like they gave me and make sure they give you food vouchers for everybody. Hopefully they change their staff so they’re not so rude when you’re talking and they talk while you’re talking interrupting you telling you two per room instead of saying something else customer service obviously is not their greatest point. The place looks kind of rundown when you go in the rooms, the doors are warped. Just make sure you get the room that you’re looking for."

"Young lady at the front desk the day of my check in was not pleasant. Very passive attitude not at all welcoming. I called back after my check out to get clarity on she answered without helping and no interest to help with my issue. When I called back she looked into the issue in under a minute which she could’ve done the first time."

"Dont answer phonecalls because their voicemail box is full, never got a room serviced despite being told it would happen every 3 days, pool was disgusting with overflowing trashcans on either side of it, sheets were stained and in poor condition, shower was missing a door and unable to be closed, rooftop bar bartender didnt seem to know what she was doing (she did admit she was majorly concussed multiple times). Only thing I can give this place credit for is that the staff were nice."

"If you want to chill and relax and enjoy yourself at a hotel ..this is not the place. They call themselves the hard rock but out of the 17 places we stayed during our 3 week adventure around Florida, this hotel has more rules then all the others combined. "

"The hotel spends a lot on cleaning staff, and the rooms and common areas are in great condition. The facilities were well maintained and the pool very nice. The pool chairs were tired and not comfortable. The Abalone restaurant was understaffed and consequently the food and service were not great. There are no smart TV's and it seems as if nobody has ever heard about their existance. They charge a $35/day "resort fee" which seems like an upcharge that they should just be honest about when you book the room, and price it in. Nobody likes surprises. The check out took about 25 minutes as the front desk staff seemed very confused about how to run the computers and various charges. The bartender Shane was excellent so all is forgiven!"
