"Staff were friendly and professional. I would suggest dark out shades or adding drapes to the bedroom area windows. The blinds alone allow to much light for sleeping."

"Although the first room wasn’t up to our expectations and the neighbors were extremely loud, the front desk staff were very kind and offered a different room and when that was just as bad with the noise they gave us one last room. If it wasn’t for that kindness in switching we would have driven back to Monticello. Thank you for giving us a quiet room in the end and being kind. "
