"The property is clean and well-maintained. However, the after-hours check-in process could be improved to make it smoother for guests arriving late or after hours. Additionally, the AC in the living room was not working, but it did work in all our bedrooms. Lastly, the shade umbrellas at the pool need maintenance. They are all broken in some way. The pool is on an exposed rooftop with no shade, so having functional working umbrellas would be a great improvement."

"This is a low cost property, but for the low price, it's very good. It's clean and tidy, but certainly not salubrious. It's not particularly conveniently placed relative to the town, but it's on a major bus route--the (very frequent) number 1 route that goes right to the central bus station. There's not much nearby except for a couple of small stores, and the airport is just under a mile away, down a steep hill. That was a good thing for me as I had to walk there. There was a mixup when I asked...

It boasts a Mediterranean aesthetic with lovely suites and villas that sit atop the hillside just steps from the beach. Walking distance from nearby BBC Beach. 15 min rides from most all other popular locales on the island. ROOMS: I had a Cinnamon Suite on the second level. When I walked in and saw the view...

"Everybody was so helpful at the place. The staff was the best. The staff made what was a beautiful place. Amazing. We especially liked Loren, Ingrid and the wonderful gentleman at the front. Be sure to go to listen to the music with the gal that sings beautiful karaoke. We would definitely come again five stars."

"We were here for Randy Issac's 40 decades of music and we had an amazing time! The food and services were excellent! It truly felt like home away from home. The icing on the cake is having your backyard as the beach!"

"Helpful staff, lovely choice of foods and deserts. My large rain shower head did not work because the handle was broken. Beds were very comfortable and tv was informative. Sometimes I had to wait a while for the cart to take me to and from my room. Best to ask for a room close to reception if you have mobility issues."
