"Fabulous hotel with friendly and efficient staff. In the middle St Helens so well placed with ample parking (lots of signs telling you to book your car in!). Used the leisure facilities and they were great again with friendly and efficient staff and very clean. Restaurant staff great and the food was excellent. Can’t praise the hotel highly enough so won’t deduct any stars for the only bugbear from the stay. We booked half board but no details on Hotels.com and no details on reception apart from...
