"Don't have a low battery on your phone. You need it to open all doors on the property. Great set of utensils for anyone bringing their own food. Wish they would provide tea bags as well as coffee pods."

"The staff were brilliant and very friendly. There was everything you could want in a hotel room and more. There were two double beds and a double size fold-out sofa, a fridge freezer, a microwave and a dishwasher in the room. There was also free 24 hour tea and coffee in the lobby and free buffet breakfast in the seating area next to the lobby. The room was cleaned every other day and the cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. We had a great stay."

"We were surprised to learn we'd be staying in what amounts to a college dorm. But it was a pleasant surprise. The room was large with two double beds, divided by a half wall. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Room had a full size fridge and microwave. Only thing we didn't find in the room was a hair dryer. We arrived very late, after midnight. The gentleman working the check in desk was very polite and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again if we pass back through."

"Where to begin? The desk lady presented herself as if she was doing you a favor for unlocking the door and receiving a guest. When given a key and basically informed that I was on my own from there out, I unlocked my room door and discovered the following: Admittedly, the room was clean. "The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful during my stay. Forgot to bring my HDMI cable and asked front desk if they have spare, originally she said they don’t have it but after awhile, she found it and delivered it to my room. The room is very clean. The hotel location is pretty good, it’s walkable distance to the Main Street in Kitchener, especially I brought my puppy with me this time, the park is also a walkable distance."

"The room was old looking. Beds were creaky. No hair conditioner in the room, bottle was empty. Breakfast was horrible. The pool was very small, it looked bigger in the pictures. Not worth the money and won’t be returning."

"The rooms were very clean. Bed was comfortable. I was there for one night so didn’t need any kitchen items but it seemed well stocked. I spoke to staff a couple of times and person was very helpful. Restaurant in building was very good. Location is great…near restaurants, coffee shops & public transportation."
