"Moderno e impeccabile!"

"It was self service, but easy to enter and get our key as staff had communicated with us prior to our arrival. The room was spacious, lovely decore, and comfortable bed. They provided coffee, milk, and little snacks, otherwuse tge kitchen was well equipped to self cater. A piano in the formal dining room was a treat to enjoy."

"The staff were very nice. Hotel style is cute. Unfortunately the noise makes it very difficult to sleep. Walls are very thin so you hear everything and my room overlooked the trash bins and you could hear every time the gate was open. Further, the headboard to the bed was stained and gross. Lastly I understood there were no closets but there’s also no luggage stand so either you’re accessing your suitcase on the floor or keeping it on the bed. "

"Our room was spacious and clean with kettle and tea making equipment. Check in was easy. They were able to accommodate early check. Breakfast was fabulous choosing from a varied menu. Helpful advice on sites to see in Galway."

"Location was great. Right on the Quay but don't expect to get much rest as it's right above a bar. So when everything winds down around 1 am and you finally can get some rest then all of the deliveries start around 4 am. When I pulled the blankets back there were hairs all over the sheets. Went down to ask them for clean sheets they showed up and went through 3 sets of sheets before they could find a clean pair. We would have bailed but it was the only place available at that point. ...

"This property was great. The only reason not a five star on the staff is because we didn’t have contact with many staff due to checking in and out on the kiosk. The amenities were really good but hours were not great - closed too early. But overall hotel was a really good stay."

"Great location. Nice hotel. Housekeeping could do a better job cleaning rooms. When we arrived to the room, there was trash left on the bed from previous guests along with a used floss pick on the floor. The drinking glasses we used were also not swapped out the next day and left dirty in the room. Hotel also doesn’t provide conditioner so bring your own. Tiny almost unusable shower."

"Great little hotel. Hosts are the absolute best! They were wonderful. Parking is tight, but that’s not meant as a complaint. Having parking available is a fantastic benefit. The hotel is easy walking distance to the heart of Galway and several tour operators so that parking spot is a real treasure. The only “complaint “ and I hate to mention it since the place and hosts are so nice, is the Wi-Fi was rather weak and intermittent in our room. Great signal outside the room, as soon as the door...

"Nice restaurant on site, convenient location right on the water. Rooms are in need of an update. Old carpet with tears, looks very worn and sloppy. Out of date furniture. "

"The unit was modern and surprisingly spacious. Location was also excellent with the Latin Quarter just a short walk away. All-in-all excellent accommodation. Highly recommended."

"Hotel is older, with older style and amenities. Rooms and communal areas were clean. It is located a bit outside of the city center and within about a 20-minute walk to the square. There is an onsite restaurant with bar. Breakfast buffet was nice. Staff is friendly and helpful. "
