"All amenities and services in the downstairs and foyer area were bright and clean. Staff were very helpful and cheerful. Upstairs on level 3 things were rather disappointing. Blinds all closed, no daylight, no air and all biege. The upper levels clearly need some maintenance and an update. In our room, it was tidy and almost clean but there was dust in corners of the room and a random pen lid. The room was very plain and not worth the money for a terrible view with saggy king bed."

"we stayed 2 nights and our room was not made up... on calling the service counter they advised that the room is only made up every 3 days, however this was not mentioned on check in or during booking. For a hotel of this standard and price we expected a better outcome but they said noone was available to clean the room and all they were able to provide was fresh towels.
Breakfast was not hot _ scrambled eggs and baked beans was dry. overall lovely hotel but very poor experience 😢 I won't...

"After being victim to domestic violence and having to cancel my stay at the crest, my sister who spoke on behalf of me had organised a refund the same day from Expedia, while the funds were still in Expedia’s hands. My sister had also contacted the Crest on Barkley to ask for them to respond to Expedia to approve of the refund. The manager at the time had accepted that due to the nature of the situation she would contact them immediately and approve the refund for me. My sister had expressed...
