"The staff was helpful, the room was clean!"

"The room was decent. We were not a fan of the beds, they were too hard, but that's just our preference. The hotel it's self is ok. They carpets throughout the whole facility were dirty in the hallways.. The second floor, where our room was, smelled like gas. "If I was a you guys I would take this off my list of hotels to stay. It smell like mildew. There was paint chipping off the wall. You couldn’t get out the pool cause none of the key doors worked, but the front door it was horrible terrible. the elevator was out of order. There was nothing not enough seating for breakfast. "There were no amenities other than 1 makeup remover package, no shower caps, qtips packages. Very minimal and we paid for a suite, not just a regular room. Rm 223 tub needs a handicap grab bar on back wall. Breakfast was ok. Nothing special. Location was very good for our trip and near the highway. Free WiFi and free parking are excellent."

"They put us in a smoking room when I requested a non-smoking, but they were very accommodating and moved me the next day, when one was available there is no breakfast in the morning which that would be nice if there was other than that it’s a great motel, and I would recommend it to anyone"

"Great stay we had to book last minute. The gentleman at the desk (pony tail and glasses) was so helpful and the positivity I needed after our horrible check in at holiday inn express (we cancelled and stayed at Tru instead). The room was great. Only complaint is I do not think it was vacuumed well. Crumbs in the floor. Looked like someone enjoyed ritz crackers. The 3rd floor also smelled of mildew in the hallway (not the room). Overall great stay! Would recommend!"

"Very pleased with our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything worked as it should. No funny smells. The breakfast was better than most and was well stocked. The dining area was clean and well maintained. The property, overall, was very attractive and seemed to be well maintained."

"The tv in our room did not work. We requested assistance on it and told us that she would have to go get us a new box and hook it up. She was super helpful but concerning that the tv boxes didn’t work. Eventually after an hour, we told her not to worry about it. The breakfast still had an hour left and most of the food was out with no staff around."

"Worst hotel stay ever. There were roaches in our bathroom, we saw two of them as soon as we got there. The floors were still dirty. You could feel your feet sticking to them and also it made a weird noise everytime you stepped. We would have left, except there was a tornado at that point in time. This is not the hotels fault, but the tornado knocked out electricity and we had no AC all night and there was no breakfast (though we probably wouldn’t have eaten it anyway given the roaches.)"
