"Perfect hotel for a reasonable price"

"Very disappointing experience. Before arriving, I called the hotel to explain that I needed to add one extra guest to my room. The staff confirmed over the phone that this would be fine. However, when I arrived, I was told I had to pay an additional charge that was never clearly explained beforehand. This felt misleading and unprofessional. "Affordable and nice place to be. You get your money's eorth and the staff and trainees are usually friendly and helpful. The food is delicious. However, dining can take longer than usual, especially if it's a la cart service. The Kitchen needs to do better with the time frame for serving meals."

"Staying at fern court really gave me the island feel. With the garden view and lush colors of the island, it was a lot different from back home. The community is gated which is really nice. The apartment was super comfortable and I really liked the fact that I had a full kitchen. I would definitely stay here again!"
