"Manager was right annoyed that I booked in late, however from the minute I booked the room to check in was about 10 minutes. If you’re not open late then state that in the app as it a pain to get a refund and find another room. Otherwise, room was clean, bed was comfortable. I would stay again."

"Great place to stay. It far exceeded my expectations. Its literally 5 mins from Downtown Banff but gives you a true mountain experience. The views from the room (if you get mountain facing) and Hot tub are phenomenal!!"
