When I arrived, there were no cars in the parking lot, beer cans were scattered around the entrance, and as I drove through the property, I noticed an overflowing dumpster filled with old mattresses. The overall appearance was so concerning that I immediately decided not to stay. My first thought was whether there had been a bed bug issue, although I have no way of knowing if that was actually the case. I went inside to cancel my reservation and was told...

"We traveled with a dog and we informed only when we got there that we had to be on the fourth floor because we had a dog and not of the first floor which is the room we booked because we had 5 people. Also was informed the day we got there that the beach access for closed because of work. Particularly booked this hotel because it was on the beach and was only informed that day that the beach was closed and we had to walk several blocks to get on the beach.
