"Jorge was so welcoming. He was always available to offer a suggestion or direction The facility was VERY nicely appointed from the towels and sheets to the tissues. Every light was spot lighting a beautiful object in the room. The ligjts would come on magically as you entered and turned off just as effortlessly. The common area on the second floor was a wonderful addition and allowed for an open space to enjoy wine and a snack. "

"We stayed here with a family of 4. Check in with the hotel just up the block was easy and seamless and the staff very friendly and helpful. The room is great, very clean and 2 small bedrooms of the entry corridor, this allowed our family to spread out. Location is very central with a short walk over the river to the Old Town but also plenty of dinning options from the front door. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay "

Built in music/speakers in the bathroom was cool, bed very cozy, a little too much furniture stuffed into the room so had to move around to accommodate our luggage, but overall a lovely place to stay over Christmas 🎄excellent location, restaurant on site was superb as was the breakfast each morning."

"The Leonardo Boutique hotel was located in a great spot. Very walkable to sights and restaurants. Hotel room was cozy and clean. However, there were no non-news English channels to watch just before we turned down for the night."

From the check in where you get personal attention from Ulrike and have all questions answered over a glass of sparking wine or tea, to the magnificent rooms, to the wonderful in house restaurant. The location in the old town could not be better. A few minutes walk to the cable car up to the fortress, to the many shops in the old town. "Melhor hotel que fiquei na Europa! Recepcionistas super simpáticas e prestativas. O quarto é ótimo, com tamanho excelente (só podiam retirar o balanço que ocupa espaço sem motivo), a cama e chuveiro também muito bons! Possuem locker seguro para guardar as malas. É localizado ao lado da estação de trem e dos principais pontos de onibus. Fornecem passe de transporte gratuito. "
