The Hotel is situated in the centre of lower part of town so easy to walk to shops, climbing centre and close to bus routes. The rooms are clean and comfortable and staff very attentive and kind. "We arrived at this lovely hotel to find that Expedia (hotels.com) had only forwarded a booking for one room, not the two we'd booked online. It appears this was not an isolated incident. Luckily the hotel could provide a room for the three of us but the mistake by hotels.com/could have ruined the most important part of our holiday."

"Great property in a quaint French town. The staff was great and extremely helpful! Parking is a little way from the hotel, but not too bad. The hotel is a bit difficult to find (don’t use Google Maps), but people we very helpful. We would stay there again for sure!! "

"Ottima struttura per soggiornare nel periodo invernale a Cesana Torinese. L’albergo si trova all’ingresso del paese e si raggiunge facilmente a piedi il centro del paese e a pochi minuti di macchina la partenza degli impianti. Struttura accogliente e pulita. Il servizio SPA é un plus. "

"Generally good, staff was really good and helpful- wasn’t able to dine on site for dinner due to tour group, but there was no signage saying so ahead of time ( would have eaten in town earlier). Room had a few repairs needed like light bulb in bathroom and drain plug in tub not sealing ( it was a jet tub, so needed). Beautiful location- and again great staff!!!!"

"My daughter and I stayed for a week. The check in staff and shuttle driver were all lovely. The restaurant/bar staff were a bit hit and miss. The room was very nice, shower amazing, good charging pod which was a bonus. There were no drawers which was difficult for a weeks stay. We ate 1 night at the hotel and it was awful. It was 35 Euro per head for a buffet starter of antipasti veg (some very nice) and the same limp salad, meat and cheese served at breakfast. The desserts were...
