"The fact there are no staff at all makes the phone customer service even more important but they did not keep their word and in fact thought it amusing that I may have to call them at midnight because my code was not working as promised. The area on a weekend can also be loud with party goers. I did not like it alas but there are plenty of shops and places to eat and the place looks good on the surface. What was bad was the room was not serviced and it was too cold. "

"The hotel seems to have had a recent make over and a re-brand. The room was immaculately clean and the bathroom looked new and was also very good. My only criticism is the lack of amenities; if you want a kettle or iron you need to go to a store cupboard on the ground floor to get it yourself and there is no fridge in the room. Apart from that my partner and I enjoyed the quiet and were very pleased with the room quality"
