"It makes me sad to say this because I have stayed at this hotel for years and never had a problem. However, after this experience I will not in the future. Front desk help could not have been any more annoyed by my checking in, room was dirty, hair on the shower curtain, dead bugs on the floor, stained sheets, it was not a relaxing experience. Unfortunately this hotel has really gone down hill and even with the low cost isn’t worth it to me moving forward. I used to consider this my hidden gem in Pratt but after this experience I just won’t do it again."
"Our stay over night was great. The staff was super friendly, helpful, and visited with us in every passing we encountered. Check in and check out was very fast, rooms were very well cleaned and properly stocked with everything we needed. Even with the storms we encountered that night the staff made sure that we were safe when entry floors were wet from rain blowing in the doors as they were trying to keep it wiped up. Couldn't have asked for a more pleasant stay while we were away from our homes for work."
"Definitely not a 7.4. Although the toilet tub sink bedding were clean, the bedding had a strange smell, almost like stale smoke but it may have been just the water in the area smells. It’s an old hotel and they haven’t updated anything except maybe the hardwood floor. Even for the money I wouldn’t stay there again."
"This is a quaint, mid-century, motel, with charm. It's very clean, and although there aren't amenities as with other properties, it had everything I needed; a clean, comfortable bed, a clean bathroom, WiFi, and A/C.
The couple who run it, who I suspect are the owners, are very friendly and nice. I mistakenly left my computer charger, and as soon as they knew, I got a phone call, and went back to get it.
All in all, it was a great experience. If I go back to the area again, I will stay in this motel."
"Room was comfortable. No coffee in room, and only sugar for sweetnet in the lobby.
Bed was comfortable.
Breakfast was okay, but no meat/protein besides yogurt. But waffles is a good start to any day."
