"Nice enough little hotel and the staff were excellent and the location was good. Comfy bed and the only niggles that I had were the ironing board and the TV didn't get a reception but I was only there for a couple of days so no huge problem.
I would definitely consider staying there again the next time I am in Brussels"

"We requested early check in and they kindly provided before 2pm. Which was very helpful since we’re travelling with our toddler. Made a big difference. Thanks numa. However, due to this the pin code for elevator access wasn’t updated yet. And we had a bit problem. Also. Room lock was a bit problematic. Has some issue. However, they communicate fast and very responsive. Room was very clean. Had everything we needed. Nice stay. Last night we wanted to use laundry. One of two machines was broken....

"Fantastic location, across the street from Mannekin Pis and about a 2 block walk to the main square. Easy commute from at least two train stations.
Numerous waffle, fries, and chocolate shops in spitting distance. Although on a main pedestrian street, everything quieted down before 10pm and so I had no problems sleeping.
You do need to climb stairs to reach your room, so if you have mobility issues or extra large bags, this might not be for you. I travel with a backpack so a non-issue. ...

Horrible experience.
Location is not as advertised either. Very sketchy at night, so come back before dark. See pictures: an open "bathroom", right downstairs, at the corner of the steet."

"Lovely clean hotel in a good location! Good amenities.
Only downside was tea and coffee in rooms, never enough of anything for 2 people only 2 teabags, 2 sugars and 2 coffees given daily so basically 1 cup of coffee per person per day. Even on asking staff was just given single of everything! Felt like we were on rations!"
