"The building itself looks nice, the interior is clean and modern, staff all very lovely and helpful. I did witness a cleaner on her break toss her empty rubbish into the flower beds outside the hotel which wasn’t great though. Our room had everything inside you needed, but there were no instructions to operate the oven so we had to look them up on Google which wasn’t ideal. "A bit hard to find, on a small back street near the Globe Theater.
Spacious, modern room, quiet and peaceful place steps away from Borough Market, which is vibrant and heaving with people.
Really enjoyed my stay, but 2 thing to be aware of:
There is no phone in the room to contact the front desk, and no clock of any sort.
Which I found strange.
Also, no fire escape map on the door, like there is in every other lodging I have ever stayed in.

"The property is located in the city of London near some neat businesses, good restaurants and the underground. The property management company made check-in and access to the apartment a breeze. However, the property is located above a pub and across the street from a pub. Despite triple paned windows, the noise was a bit much on a couple of evenings. "The property for us was very clean, well diverse, and had friendly and helpful staff. The location couldn't have been better suited with public transportation around London within a few minutes. All necessary stores was within walking distance, including restaurants, supermarkets and even a huge shopping mall. There is also lots of Caribbean (West Indian) heritage in the area and the hotel honored that with some rooms named after some Islands."

"Gute Lage, ruhig, gute Ausstattung, aber die Kaffeemaschine tat es nicht. Genug Platz für 3 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Wäre toll gewesen, wenn es Möbel für den Balkon gegeben hätte.
