The check in experience was as simple as scanning a qr code and you are in. There are lockers for storing luggage which is helpful if you want to check out but still need to do stuff in town. "Locke is a new hotel, located at the end of South Colonnade, Canary Wharf. Modern with open plan style incorporating cafe, bar and open seated areas. Staff were great; young and enthusiastic (Sophie and Conor were a delight). The only issue I had was checking in after 10:00pm took a little longer as reception didn't seem to be staffed. Rooms are great, well appointed and overall, I'll definitely be back."

"We enjoyed our stay here, the room was comfortably sized, modern and clean. The staff was so helpful by lending us adapters as we accidentally brought the incorrect ones. Our room was cleaned daily (2nd floor attendant was anwesome!) anytime we needed anything the front desk was quick to provide. Highly recommend!"
