"Nice clean place, arrived and got checked in easily enough. Good size room and a fridge and air conditioning. Some toiletries provided in the bathroom. There's a bakery and a supermarket at the end of the street and a short drive to the city centre. Convenient free parking right outside (i was able to park literally outside our room)
Only complaint is the WiFi stopped working our second day there and the power went off briefly the morning we left"

"The rooms and bathrooms were clean, I stayed twice at this hotel during my travels in Serbia. The staff were fantastic, super friendly and helpful, each and every one. No complaints, I would stay at this hotel again if I were back in Serbia!"

"If I could give this hotel zero stars, I would. I will try to upload photos. They tell the story better than words can.
The cleanliness, condition, and service were shockingly poor. The “main entrance” works also as a service entrance for a nearby restaurant, with boxes of empty bottles, oily floors, and crumbling stairs leading to the elevator. There is no indication that you are entering a hotel. The entire building feels like a neglected relic from the communist era.

"The hotel was beautiful, good service, very clean, excellent area, very kind and helpful staff. Overall such a lovely place to stay and the location is such a prime area, close to fantastic restaurants, bars, grocery stores and nightlife. Super safe and quite at night as well. The staff was also super helpful and so very kind, they even arranged our ride to the airport!
Would stay here again and I couldn't recommend this place more!"
