"This was an excellent stay . The property is very well maintained . Is a complete one bedroom apartment with kitchen , living room and from yard . The host and owner is Paula , she is a grandma with a lot energy , willing to help you with anything. We sat there for 6 days to visit the Tuscany . You need a car to be here because is very central for most of the small and medien town here . Siena is about 10 km , a little further Montepulciano , Montalcino , Arezzo , San Gimignano , Pienza ,...

"Wir waren viele Jahre dort und sind jetzt nach einer Pause wieder dort hin gekommen. Leider hat es sich nicht zum positiven entwickelt. Es ist sehr auf Masse ausgerichtet und hat nicht mehr diesen familiären Charme wie es mal war. Zudem ist es sehr teuer geworden und hat gerade bei den Restaurants sehr an Qualität, Geschmack und Service abgebaut. Die Poollandschaften sind schön und gepflegt. Das Personal ist freundlich."

"Small family-owned inn located in center of Civitella in Val di Chiana. Room was comfortable and included all we needed. It was cold upon check-in which the co-owner tried to remedy with a space heater. It took a while. The room warmed up after the first night. The other co-owner kindly offered me our first night complimentary. (Thank you again.).
