"I have been to this property several times, and it has not disappointed. The room was clean and well-appointed. While my wife attended a conference, I had a fine breakfast at the on-site restaurant and stayed to work in a peaceful, quiet area away from the noise of the ongoing event. Staff were helpful and friendly from the front desk, to housekeeping, to the fine servers in the restaurant, Marleny and Sarah. Thanks to everyone. "

"There was excessive noise coming from the floor above, and although I reported the issue and received an acknowledgment, no action was taken. After three sleepless nights, I'm just relieved to finally be home."

"Air conditioning went out. Nightmare with hotel receptionist who insisted it was OK when it was obviously not. Changed rooms at a complete inconvenience, after I had to prove the point. Wasted time for someone who pays for a hotel room, who doesn’t need to hear excuses, just needs things to work right. "

"Everything was great overall, but I was disappointed by an experience I had last night. After returning from dinner, I stopped by to grab an alcoholic beverage to enjoy in my room. The two women working were initially helping another guest, so I waited patiently nearby by the little store area. However, even after they finished assisting that guest, neither acknowledged or offered to help me, despite me standing right there. I ultimately left without purchasing anything. It was disappointing to...

"As we at breakfast we came back to the room with a flood. The toilet apparently had a leak of some sort and was overflowing and we had an inch of water in the room. "
