"There was a big bag of garbage in the hall way when we checked in, and still laying there the next morning when we left. The room was much nicer then expected. "

"Tub had soap rings on the edges from bars of soap. Kids running amuck through the second floor being loud and obnoxious. Adults downstairs partying and being loud past midnight. Pool hours say10pm but there were people in the hot tub and pool past 10pm. Pool was dirty with what appeared to be what looked like a diaper in the bottom.. No towels available for use in pool area. Breakfast was slim to none with no choices. Very disappointing experience. In the morning the front desk person had her head laid on the desk with her hood u and she appeared to be on her phone or asleep. Very disappointed. "

"Bathroom sink water pressure, barely more than a trickle. View from window was looking at the roof of the lower floor. Television weird orientation, sticking out in the main pathway from the entry to either the bathroom or the bed and I kept bumping into it. Could hear every squeaky step taken in the room above."

"All the 10/10 reviews are either employees or are posted by a paid BOT. I'd give this hotel a 5/10 because they’ve renovated the room but they still have to fix some major issues to get a better review. The rooms have been renovated with new fixtures and this could be a good hotel soon, the bed is comfortable and the fridge and a/c work, but right now when you first open a faucet or the shower, brown water comes out of them, the TV doesn't work, there are no local channels so I missed all my primetime shows, and every internet TV channel freezes after 2 minutes viewing them and the remote volume didn’t work. The WIFI is slow. I was going to stay all week but read the reviews before I paid and changed it to 1 day to test. I'm so glad I did because if it's not fixed tonight, I'll be able to leave and find a place that works. One employee doing everything around the property is too much. I waited a while at the reception to check in. She was very nice and apologized but she can't be expected to be in two places at the same time. I got an email asking about my stay and I answered. They then sent me a reply like if I've never used a TV before. Today I went to check out and there's a sign saying the office is closed because the employee had to leave for an emergency. Again, one employee running the hotel isn't enough. "

"Now the property needs to be remodeled. the blankets have barn holes in them. The sheets and towels are stained. No blow dryer. property workers were very friendly, but I had to rate this at a 0 or less. The toilet rocked as you sit on it. Not fastened to the floor. "

"Horrible place, heater/ac unit did not work. Holes and falling ceiling above shower. None of the soap/lotion dispensers worked. No customer service. Hallways smelled like cigarettes. Elevators worked intermittently. 👎👎👎"
