"We loved our stay at Portland Regency! Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful and responded immediately to any requests. We did not dine at the hotel but enjoy the basement bar. The room, whilst lacking a 'view' was large and the bed was enormous. The bathroom had everything we could ask for and more! We loved being so central that we could nip back several times a day in the unseasonable heat to refresh ourselves with the air con!"

"Beautiful hotel, excellent staff and lots of amazing touches. The room had a few things we'd improve - there's only one mirror (the bathroom) and no full-length one, there are not many outlets, but would stay here again in a heartbeat."

"Easy checkin, valet took in our one bag and came straight out with a parking stub. Front desk ready for us and we were in less than 5 mins. Very clean, dbl Queen room, good counter space in the bath, unlimited bottled water and coffees. Obviously very busy, lobby always had groups of people in and about. Good stay."
