"Rooms were really hot- unable to cool down No refrigerator Limited help- I had to give them my ID so I could take a cart and bell hop for myself Valet was annoyed when I left to eat out - and came back within an hour and a half. Our keys malfunctioned during the night and we were locked out with no hotel staff to give us new keys. Security had to come up to let us in our room and change out a battery pack on our door lock at 3am!"
