"Hotel was horrible I will never stay here again ! My door was easy to open with out a key and they would not do anything about it wanted to offer me 8,000 in points .. the front desk lady was very rude and ignorant when I told her and said nothing could be done .. the elevator was out of order the whole weekend and I had my three kids with me .. housekeeping never came and towels was not available "

"We arrived on Friday and we didn’t get our room cleaned until Monday morning after telling the front desk numerous times. As soon as you walk in the building, it smells like smoke. Oh and this isn’t a hotel, it’s a motel. False advertising! 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!"

"I liked the room and the comfortable king size bed. The coffee maker in the room was great, so convenient. The mini refrigerator in the room was a definite asset which I used for cold drinks and snacks. The breakfast was delicious, offering a large variety of options, all of them tasty and fresh. "Let's start by saying that both Expedia and the property double charged my credit card bor the same booking. After contacting both sides neither one is accepting responsibility and claim i did not show up for my reservation even after providing credit card statement. Neither party can explain the reason for the double charge and continue to make excuses. Very disappointed especially with Expedia. Myself and everyone i know will no longer use their services. "

"Just terrible. First, my car would barely fit down the alleyway to the parking lot. Then, the room reeked of a strong chemical odor. I had to keep a window open just in order to breathe without feeling dizzy. The bed was 4 feet off the ground, was filled with broken springs and was so loud that I couldn’t sleep over the noise. The only “furniture” in the room was what appeared to be a wobbly lawn chair. BEWARE if booking a room in this establishment. I had to forego the 2nd night I had booked...

"The property was in a very industrial area. So there wasn't anything around. If you have no car, you are a little stuck. The restaurant on site was good - not anything extra though. The room was clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. There was a pull-out/futon (I think). The tv channels really need help though."
