"Everything was pretty good, but the Chicken Schnitzel, when it arrived at my Table, it was flat as a pancake and when i cut it and chewed it, it was like chewing on hard burnt leather and the salad was a few pieces of cabbage an two half pieces of tomato. The chips were great, crisp and yummy. I did not want to complain as the person cooking it could be new, or flat out, or having personal problems, or just did not care. Anyway, this is just to let you know, my stay was great and will stay with you guys again next time. Thank you"

"Really nice hotel and very reasonably priced. The location is great, with local shops and some lovely little cafés within easy walking distance. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the room was comfortable, making for a really pleasant stay. One thing to note is that the nearby cafés don’t open until around 9am, and the hotel restaurant doesn’t serve breakfast, so this is worth keeping in mind if you like an early breakfast. I didn’t eat at the restaurant, but the meals I saw coming out looked really good. Overall, a very comfortable stay with lovely staff and a great location. I’d happily stay here again."

Hahndorf Old Mill Motel

"The upstairs loft rooms are great although security by the way of the door locks could be improved. A chain loop on the inside and make the door lock auto lock so you only need the key to enter but not required to lock as this caught me out once. So handle to open from the inside to leave but no key required to lock up. Other than that it was a good stay. :)"

"Cabin was quite small, thought there would be a lounge, but no room. Bit odd going thru bedroom to get to toilet. But was a nice park"

"Off grid cabin / eco tiny home in a scenic area in the hills above Hahndorf. The property had 8 cabins which were really well spaced out giving a feeling of privacy and the area had many birds and kangaroos. Well laid out cabin with thoughtful additions from the host such as kindle/firefighter and matches for the koonara. A lovely stay, highly recommend."
