"We discovered the walls are incredibly thin, especially when you are put into a room with an adjoining door to the next room. "The room was very nice, clean and spacious. Covered parking was definitely a plus. There was a sign outside that advertised a restaurant but there was no restaurant. It’s a bit of a drive to the sea wall and restaurants but not a dealbreaker. Very reasonable rates for parking for the cruise. I would use them again."

"when you come in the hotel it had an odor, in the hallways and the room as well, we had to go to Walmart to get plugins to help with the odor, the pool was full of bugs and the evening/ night staff was very rude several times when we asked questions."

"First when you walk in it smelled like bad sewage. Then when I go upstairs there was only 1 small 2oz shampoo bottle. And on the beds no cover was located only sheets . I go downstairs and tell the old Indian lady I need 2 covers and have me attitude saying they are under the sheets ! I told her look there’s not ! I took a video and then talked bad upon her staff ! She was yelling and I asked for more towels and was being extremely rude ! Never again !"
