"Bad wifi and limited facilities. No fridge in the room, gym or anything really other than a square room with dodgy aircon.
I would give it a 3 star but the staff were so friendly and helpful that it deserves a 5."

"A warm welcome greeted us in reception the room was clean, tidy and fully equipped. The staff were very friendly and made us feel at home, overall it was a very pleasant stay and we will certainly return."

"Our first overnight stay at this particular Holiday Inn Express hotel, but probably will not be our last. The whole interior of the hotel including the reception area, bar and restaurant area, communal areas and especially the rooms have all been refurbished, and apparently fairly recently, to a very good standard. There is plenty of parking available at a cost of £4 per 24 hours.
From the reception desk staff to the bar and reception staff, they are all extremely friendly and helpful.
