"When booking, we didn't realize just how rundown this hotel really is. It seems they feel like paint is the ultimate bandaid.
In our room, there were numerous places where water had leaked through the ceiling staining it without repair. The AC had a burning smell, similar to Ethiopian coffee. The hotel has a vacant lot to the north where the homeless both collect and/or pass through on the regular.
While we wanted to take advantage of the free breakfast, the property was sold out, ...

"Looks a little sketchy from the outside but check in guys were very nice. Room was clean. Right behind the Cdn Duty Free near the border. Im sure some rooms are being used for gov't housing but all in all we had a decent stay for a show in Buffalo. Room was half the price of anything across the border or 25 min away in Niagara Falls. Worked for us."

"The staff was welcoming. Check-in was very easy. Did not use any amenities but they were available during our stay. Location is good for family friendly activities, dining and shopping."

"We booked two rooms for six people, and overall we had a great experience staying at this motel. The parking was convenient, and the outdoor pool was a nice bonus.
Most importantly, the rooms were clean and balcony beautifully decorated with flowers, and sitting arrangement so you can smoke outside of your room, which created a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly, and our stay was comfortable.
I would highly recommend this motel to anyone looking for a clean and enjoyable...
