When attempting to use the television it would turn on but it would not allow you to select anything in order to watch any kind of programming. The staff could care less about any of these situations."

"We arrived. Front desk was friendly and efficient. But. There was hair in the bathtub and the room was mostly dark. The two nightstand lamps did not work. They had to send an engineer to fix them, which went fast. No room service next day. Room service on the third day made one bed and left the second one unmade. And the bathroom has a motion detector that turns the lights on when you walk in. FULL BRIGHTNESS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT. IT HURTS THE EYES. You cannot turn the detector off. Chatgpt advised to put a dark cover on the motion detector. Next time travel with dark tape. "
