"By far the BEST aspect of The Chancery is the staff. Front desk was incredibly kind and helpful, and room service was also extremely kind. The room was spotless upon arrival and felt very welcoming with the tray of sweets and the welcome letter. I really felt like the staff cared, which started my trip off on the best foot possible.
