"This Apartment was absolutely perfect. It is very nicely updated, luxurious and very clean. It is located only steps from the Duomo and 1/2 a block from the Tram that takes you to the Florence Airport. Lorenzo, our host, was wonderful at communication, and was very accommodating when we travelled into Florence and met us to give us the key. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone traveling to see the wonders of Florence."

Staff was incredible at the front desk with any questions we had as well as booking us a taxi for our early morning train when we left. "Beautiful, clean, and renovated property. Comfortable beds, clean dishes and towels available. Located in a quieter neighborhood with its own charm. Hosts were very receptive and thoughtful as well. All the utensils and miscellaneous items we needed were provided. The main door wasn't functional during our stay, but the hosts contacted us promptly, and the issue was resolved within 10 minutes. The door was not a problem for us the rest of our stay. "
