"Outside of city center however it was a nice reprieve from the noise and chaos. there are some wonderful neighborhood gems for restaurants and the bus runs regularly and reliably. Only negative was when we reached out to the host upon arriving at the building, the host took 10 minutes to reply and to remotely open the door which after a long day of travel and standing in 90*+ heat with multiple children outside, it was very frustrating. "The room when arrive has not been clean. They swap us for chamber with an upgrade. The view was wonderfull. But still somevtrace of moisture was still present and the toillets was not just ok about are clean they are. The room are hard to access for older person. You have elevator to bring you on the floor but same after this on the floor you still have some stair present. For older person it could be an issue with the luggage."

"This was a beautiful property about 10 mins away from Florence. You get the beauty of Tuscany without having to go too far. The hotel only has 12 rooms and everyone knows you by name. We traveled with 2 kids and the rooms were very spacious. Staff are wonderful, Onsite restaurant was great. Views were breathtaking. We didn't have a car, and the hotel was able to help us with cabs easily. Service was excellent and we would highly recommend this hotel!"
