"Checkin was simple, staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, bed was comfy, AC worked like a champ. Pool was a little cool but still refreshing. Breakfast was usual fare but hot and ready before 6am. Only small complaints would be the room smelled strongly of cleaning product when we first entered and the bed could have used a thicker duvet/comforter..other than that it was better than I expected"

I kept referring to my rooms by their name online to determine who should be in which of my 3 rooms and they kept using other names for the rooms. Manager upon check out Sunday was awesome as she always is! Room refreshes are great but in each of my last two visits not all details were complete. "There was a water leak across the hallway and the overnight repairs kept us awake all night. The following morning our room didn’t have any water pressure. There was no manager on scene and despite two messages, we were never contacted by anyone. Mistakes can definitely happen but the lack of communication was terrible."

"They needs to upgrade curtains to blackout, the one they have you can't sleep because of outside lightning penetrating in your room and in the morning is even worse. But overall good errea, good access and fair price."
