"It’s a affordable clean place to sleep"

"This is a lovely Victorian house filled with Victorian decor. Our bedroom was quaint and the bed very cozy. The gardens surrounding the house are lovely and the porch is a wonderful place to sit and relax. My only complaint is the breakfast. I expect bed-and-breakfast accommodations to offer proper home-cooked breakfast. Unfortunately this B&B offered no home cooked fresh food items. Everything is processed and wrapped in plastic including the coffee which are coffee pods and it didn’t seem...

"Was sent to the wrong room first thing. Finally sent in the right direction. Once in the room, found dead bugs throughout the room, found what looked like a pizza stain on the bed and a few other suspicious stains very visible. Lots of hair on the sheet and just overall not a clean place as it says on when booking. Would love my ridiculous $300 back for the worst 6hrs of sleep"

"Great staff and very clean. Our kids had fun! My only complaint was the parking lot is annoying. There are several hotels next to each other and none of the parking lots are connected. EV charger was easy to use, ask at the front desk."

"This hotel is run very well and we stay several times a year at this location because of that. The rooms are very clean and it is quiet. There are great dining options within walking distance and many walking paths nearby. Everyone from the reception staff to the kitchen staff is super friendly and helpful making for a pleasant stay. The pool was out of order this time but that is usually very nice also."

"Some aspects were pretty dated but it was super clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. Had a bit of a problem with my first room but it was easily straightened out by Tammy. Housekeeping did a wonderful job."

Very easy access to the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (leave the parking lot by driving straight across a road, drive 3 minutes, and you’re there). Breakfast at the hotel was unappealing but there is a great breakfast spot — Lazy Daisy — around the corner (truly a 2-3 minute walk around a corner).
