"This is a very comfortable and cozy place to stay for a one night stand or a longer period, to discover the surroundings. We came to stay only one night but decided to extend our staying as the friendliness, cleanliness, comfort (kitchen, braai facilities, room/bathroom) were absolutely great!"

"Unser Zimmer (Steenbras) befand sich im ersten Stock des Haupthauses und hatte einen traumhaften und frontalen Blick auf das Meer. Das große King-Size Bett war so bequem, dass wir öfter stundenlang drin lagen, und auf das Neeer schauten. Die Managerin war sehr freundlich und hat uns mit Tischreservierungen geholfen. "We loved our stay at Doorn Kraal. Firstly the staff are lovely and so professional. Our room (the 2 bedroom cottage) was super neat and tidy, and it had everything we needed and it was very quiet as it’s a bit further away. Just be mindful at night, there may be one or two spiders in the trees when you walk to the cottage (have a flashlight). The food was soo delicious, we could not stop thinking about the wonderful dinner. We will stay again. Thanks to all the staff! "
