"This was a completely different experience from hotel chains. The whole facility was super clean, the staff were super nice and courteous. Free breakfast was very good, and cold water bottles were free during the stay. It is also very close to the university and lot of restaurants."

"The hotel is centrally located in downtown Bloomington. That is the only benefit. The bar closed early so we could not get dinner. The pool is way too small but the biggest issue was the air conditioning. Every time it kicked on it woke me up. I got no sleep and will not stay here again."

"We stayed in the room with 5 bunk beds. It was clean and roomy. The mattress’s were comfy enough. The room had a smell of moisture or mildew. The room was very humid. We had a good night sleep. Loved the court yard and the cascade park was right behind the motel. We enjoyed a walk in the park and the kids played at the very nice playground!"

"The hotel, room, and staff were all good. The best part of this hotel was how calm and quiet our room was. We weren't the only people at the hotel, but perhaps we were the only ones on the third floor. I'm not sure, but either way I appreciated the peace and quiet. Now onto the bad part. This hotel must have previously been a smokers hotel, because the entire building reeks of tobacco smoke. You get used to it after a day or so, but if you can't acclimate to the smell then you seriously need to...

"First off the staff was AMAZING, he helped me when needed a first floor room, and then there were problems with the tvs not working so he helped me move myself and kids to a different room. He made sure we had all the stuff we needed for our stay and was very helpful and kind. However the pool was closed, he said they had it listed on their website, it was not and that was disappointing as my kids were looking forward to swimming. "It was very different checking in a kiosk. The definite value for the price was awesome in our ballpark that we needed, and it had a comfortable bed for us to rest our heads in our Travel cross country for a quick nap and refreshing shower."
