5-stjärnig Personal.

Kundservicen är fenomenal, och personalen, från den skrattande natt killen som mot alla ods fick igång kaffemaskinen kl.05.00 så vi fick i oss energi. Telefonkundtjänsten som gjorde att vi kunde checka in mycket tidigare, då vårt jobb blev avbrutet pga kylan och kl. var bara 9 på morgonen. Till den mycket gladlynte rumrenhållnings" konsulten" som hjälpte till att få oss otekniska,att öppna dörren.

Rummet var extremt kallt när jag kom och det blåste från ventilationen och den gick inte att stänga av. Första natten sov jag med dubbla täcken för att kunna sova. Jag skulle tro att det var ca 15 grader i rummet. Jag kontaktade Forenom och under dagen fixade de till det värsta. Jag fick sova med dubbla täcken även andra natten även om det var något varmare.

Conveniently located a few minutes' walk from a metro station, the hotel was a nice, quiet space to return to after busy days in Stockholm. The only things I would note are the electrics not being great - wires not being hidden properly and one electrical socket not properly connected - but otherwise a lovely place and well equipped.

I would recommend this property for the following reasons. Great service and happy, store within the property, parking garage and spacious rooms. Very affordable for the budget travelers. We absolutely loved it! Thank you!

Vi fick ingen kod för att komma in på rummet, var tvungen att ringa supporten som kostade pengar. Det var svartmögel i hela badrummet. Madrassen var nopprig så det kändes som man sov i grus. Annars var det bra läge, nära city med tunnelbana & ett litet torg i närheten med ICA och fik.

Okay but small

VERY small room. Annoying entry system.- had to haul our luggage along way from parking lot and up a flight of stairs to front entrance. Weren’t give door code until 4 pm on day of arrival. Close to subway station

Sängen var helt okey, och de gemensamma ytorna var bra! Däremot så luktade hela rummet avlopp och toalettfönstret var tejpat med plast, samt att färgen flagnade väldigt mycket på både dörr och fönster på toan.

Stinkande doft i badrummet

Var inställd på easy living. Men stanken från badrummet gjorde att det inte gick att utföra sina behov som önskat. Tur badrummet hade dörr, annars hade det varit omöjligt att ens sova på rummet. Synd då resten egentligen var ok, bra upplägg, stort å rymligt rum, lite slitet men ingen fara. Men avloppen förstör tyvärr allt. Orimligt att ta betalt med tanke på omständigheterna

This was a big apartment - the main bedroom was a good size, although it would have been nice to have a table for glasses, clock, phone, etc. next to the bed. The living room had a pull out couch for the kids, a small table, and a desk, which was great. The kitchen - although small, offered all the basic amenities that we could have needed. We only used the microwave once and the kettle, but it was nice to have the option to cook if I wanted to. The bathroom was really really small, but the shower had good water pressure. The hotel is up a small hill from the train station (about a block away, and I felt every step up hill after walking the whole day!). There isn't a lot around there for dining that we could see, and the stores closed earlier than what we hoped. It was a great place to stay and take the train into the city and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

The place is ok for the price. My studio was ok. No thrills. I was in Stockholm for a an internship. So the studio was convenient for the purpose. The gym is VERY basic. But I managed to sweat. The metro is very close. The supermarket not so close in my opinion, but still a walking distance. There’s a restaurant that closes at midnight but their kitchen closes earlier than that. The hotel doesn’t have senior management on site. So you have to call customer service for every issue. 1 minor issue. I told hi to a cleaning lady. She looked at me and didn’t respond. Staff should perhaps be trained on politeness. 1 not so minor. You have to exit the building to throw away the trash and enter by another door. I thought it was inconvenient. All in all, the place was convenient for what I was there for. If I were to go back to Stockholm for more than a week, I would probably choose this place again. But not for a quick vacay.

Bra läge men mögligt kök och få pakeringar

Väldigt bra läge med t-bana precis utanför. Köket var vattenskadat och en del svartmögel. Även golvet under diskbänken och det luktade. Fanns bara en stol i hela lägenheten gissat att de andra gått sönder? Sängarna var bra dock var bäddsoffa hård det borde funnits en bäddmadrass till den. Om man bortser från vattenskadan var rummet helt okej och det kändes prisvärt med tanke på storleken och läget. Det var kraftigt begränsat på parkingsplatser dock 12st alla andra var bokade av andra företag. Så flyttar man bilen kommer det bli väldigt svårt att få en parkering den var så klart jämt full.
