"Everything about the property is as shown in pictures. Breakfast and all staff were superb! My only complaint and it’s not that big of a complaint was the humidity in the room. Not sure if that was a normal issue or if because it was rainy and high humidity outside issue. Otherwise we had a pleasant stay."

There is an order form to hang on your door for towels, toilet paper etc. We put it out in the morning and the next morning we still did not have what we needed. I called the front desk and the rude man yelled that he was by himself and I would have to come get what we needed. "I chose Savannah House based on reviews and was very happy with it, Hotel is clean and very well maintained. We met people who have been staying there for years. It had older couples plus few families staying there. The hotel is very accessible to those with mobility issues with breakfast area next to the main desk, wide hallways and elevators. "We had a misunderstanding at check in about a deposit but was resolved the next morning. Pretty typical breakfast but the breakfast room was clean and neat. The breakfast attendant was very sweet and helpful. We thought our room had a soured smell maybe needed a air filter changed and the cleanliness of the room was okay not exceptional."

"Location was great. Staff was great. Room was tired. The bathtub was so low to the ground and minimal. Mattresses slid off the platform just sitting on the bed. Breakfast did provide gluten free bread but no clean space to cook it. Staff and location best part of our three night stay."

"The hotel is located in a very convenient location. Everything has been refurbished and is neat and clean. There is a very nice patio area that is a good place to relax. The breakfast menu has all the usual offerings and the cook to order is very good. Michelle is not only an excellent hostess but a great cook as well. We will definitely stay here again."
