"The staff was very nice and polite. Two out of four elevators were out of service throughout our stay, but it did not bother us much. The room was spacious and cozy, with a small kitchen, a washing machine, and two toilets. A Sainsbury's is located very close to the hotel, super handy to buy breakfast and other necessities. The room did not have a phone; the only way to contact the front desk was through WhatsApp, and as a foreign traveller, I could not install and sign up for the app there. So...

"ピカデリーラインのアールズコート駅が最寄りなので、ヒースロー空港からのアクセスがよく駅には大型のエレベーターもあって、重いスーツケースがあってもストレスフリーでした。宿泊した部屋は日当たりがとても良い部屋で、窓が開けられるので朝は気持ちが良かったです。また、毎日清掃が入るので疲れて帰ってきてもいつも気持ちよく過ごせました。キッチンの包丁が5本もありますが、どれも全く切れないので困りました。付属の鍋は２つありますが、蓋と合ったものがないことにも驚きました。全体に、とても良かったのでリピートしたいと思っています "

"Fraser Suites is one of our favorite places to stay. The hospitality is amazing. And the location near Gloucester made it so easy to take the Underground, grab somw groceries, and we even dined nearby a few nights at fantastic restaurants. Highly recommend!!!"

"We were so happy to stay here. We had a situation with another property we booked and the VRBO team jumped in and got us set up with this property. The on site property managers were awesome and even got us into the property a little early. This was a wonderful location and really close to the Earl Street station. We would definitely come back here to stay."

"Our stay here went very smoothly. We were contacted ahead of our check in date to confirm the time of our arrival. We were able to leave our bags with reception until our room was ready and the staff went out of there way to accommodate some of our needs. The room was clean and the stay was very comfortable. "Good location and parking. Two underground stations about a mile in opposite directions. Brentford's a nice place for a drink and a few decent eateries."

"Reception staff was really helpful and kind enough to allow us to check in early. It’s an older building with narrow corridors that open up to surprisingly large apartment. We especially liked the separate kitchen and living areas. AC worked very well and location is perfect. I will definitely stay there on my next visit."
