"good clean room. lovely shower room ensuite. no lift. very pleasant staff. easy check-in. pity no breakfast but plenty of good eateries nearby. overall a good basic hotel and would stay here again"

"The staff were exceptional as we had gone to visit a very poorly friend. Our plans changed yesterday and today hourly and we were allowed to stay in their carpark until we left just after 2 pm. Our friend is home from hospital but have not had chance to catch up but we enjoyed our time in Thirsk a beautiful place great for shopping "
