"this property is located right on the St John River so if you have a boat or jetski this is a perfect location. they offer boat slip for overnight stay in the water. overall the hotel was nice and neat. would recommend."

"We had such a great stay at The Porch! The space was absolutely perfect and incredibly well stocked. Truly, if we didn’t bring it—they had it. And if we didn’t even think of it—they already did. The attention to detail made everything so easy and comfortable. The owners were responsive, helpful, and clearly care a lot about making sure guests have a great experience. "We liked how clean the entire property was. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The only thing that needs improvement is their breakfast. Eggs were very gritty(scramble) the sausage overcooked. We attempted to eat it our first day but couldn't. We ate breakfast at restaurant nearby. Hotel is in great location, close to Walmart, Walgreens and eateries."

"It was so bad we didn’t even check in to our room. Had a hooker hanging outside, a guy high on meth sitting on sidewalk. Front staff was outside no where to be found for 15 minutes and knew nothing about the area. I wish I could have at least one positive but there isn’t one."
