"The room was clean and quiet. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We kissed breakfast due to our early departure but the menu sounded good."

Our favorite thing though is the staff. They are all very friendly and extremely helpful. Smit the front desk clerk is a wonderful young man, he goes above and beyond to ensure you enjoy your stay. "Only thing was disappointing is clerk / male guy ( manager) told me I needed to place a credit card on file for room Which I paid for room in advance and that my card wasn’t going to be charged at all and I got a 40 dollar charge which resulted in my account a negative charge and when asked about charge he was leaving shift and thru. Hands up and didn’t care to explained! Also I paid for a double quiet room for 2 beds and when I arrived he didn’t have a double I had to take a one bedroom queen...

"It is strictly a place to sleep, if you plan to stay here and use the gym and pool, I regret to inform you that this is not the right place, as those facilities are practically unusable. The surroundings are not very presentable, and the rooms have a bad odor."

"My key cards didn't work at 4:30am and no one was working the front desk, had to sit and wait 45 minutes in the lobby for someone to finally show up."

Manager was very rude and said they knew the curtain wasn’t there/damaged and have a curtain on order - sorry that’s unacceptable for someone to stay in the room!! Never would stay there again."

"I like the room we have chosen the only bump was that pool wasn’t open - what wasn’t mentioned on a website. We traveled with 6 year old who was excited about swimming. If we knew about pool situation definitely would chose different hotel."

"It was overall a good experience! The room was clean and orderly but the only issue my girlfriend and I ran into was some bugs that were in the jacuzzi tub. These bugs were present in the jets as they only appeared after we had started to fill it up. We were only staying for a night so it only slightly disturbed our stay."
