"Overall stay was fine but the property outside was unsafe. They had a big snow storm WEEKS prior to my stay yet had not properly cleared the parking lot. It was icy and unsafe and was difficult to find parking as a result. Keeping your parking lot clean and safe should be a number 1 priority. "

"I have stayed at this hotel many times and it has always been great. This time it was a nightmare. The first night, I was in bed and heard an alarm sound which seemed like it was coming from somewhere in the room. By the time I got out of bed to check- it stopped. About 20 min later it sounded again and this time I discovered someone’s cell phone in my SHOWER sitting on top of the towels. This means housecleaning did not check or replace my towels. The front staff did not say thank you or apologize for the oversight. There are a LOT of construction workers staying here who are building data centers. They were nice guys, but their trucks take up a ton of space which made it hard to find parking in an already limited lot because their trucks go over the lines. One night they were tailgating in the parking lot as i circled around multiple times trying to find a spot to park my tiny mazda rental. Another night, the fire alarm went off at 330am due to a burst pipe and we all had to evacuate. The staff never came outside to tell us what was going on or that it was safe to come inside. We had to flag down a firefighter. The next day there was no running water. Finally, one night I asked for tea bags because this hotel has always had tea throughout the day - they outright lied to my face and said they didn’t serve tea. When I said I have stayed there before and there should be tea, the staff huffed and got me some tea from the back. Front desk staff did not care about guests. "

"Attempted to cancel trip in plenty of time due to my wife’s unexpected health issue. Received a form response with zero satisfaction. My lost revenue is another venues gain. Plenty of good options near the Dulles Airport."

"The facilities has everything you need, although one improvement suggestion would be more washer and dryer machines. Quantity seems inadequate for the number of guests. The rest of the facility was very accommodating. Great outdoor features for gathering. Good lobby! Staff friendly and helpful. We will use this hotel again."

"Personally was not a fan of the massage, it was relaxing but for the cost I don't think it was worth it. The golf course was amazing. My husband and I enjoyed the course. Looking forward to going back. Staff was awesome very friendly and helpful. "

"Parking was good and we felt safe walking from the car to lobby, although we were disappointed that we had to pay for it. The room was very nice, roomy and clean. The shower was a nice surprise - very strong shower head. Staff at front lobby were great. Very nice and helpful."

"We went out of our way, past many different hotels, just because I always prefer Embassy Suites. But, this time will make me question whether I would ever stay in one again. The breakfast was great and as usual. Friendly staff, clean area, fresh food. But the room. There was a shower curtain where the barn door should have been????? So there was no door, essentially!!! The barn door was just missing, and they did not bother to replace it. So I called the front desk. They said that I booked an accessible room. A person in a wheelchair can push a barn door open! That doesn't fly. They offered to switch us to a different room. I said don't bother. I was just turned off by the fact that they thought that this was ok. I was done with it. Then, I was told that our 2 free drink coupons had to be used during happy hour. But we had a dinner reservation and could not be there during happy hour. So when I checked, after happy hour, and while the bar was still open?? I was told that the coupons were only good during happy hour. What's the point. So I overpaid. $40, for an old fashioned and a white wine. Very disappointed and won't stay again."
