"I interacted with three different staff members and each was lovely. I was given a very nice room with easy access. The bed was comfy, room temperature easy to control, nice shower, etc. I stayed two nights, but really only for sleeping; I didn't test out the tv or breakfast bar as I was busy attending events over three days both in Ashland and Medford. The inn is perfectly situated for easy access to both communities. "

"I really enjoyed our stay here, but through Expedia, I rented an ADA room, but when I arrived they had no knowledge of the request. They were able to find us a room with a walk in shower, but it had no safety bars, so I was not able to use it. Next time, I will not go through Expedia, but will reserve directly through the hotel."

"The beds were too high and uncomfortable. We expected more luxary. There was no in room safe. The soap dispensers were too high. The toilet paper holder was too far back. The curtains were plastic. The dark purple paint was weird. Tbe pillows were too firm. The very limited tv channels was disappointing. The air conditioner did not get cold enough. Based on our 3 nights. We will never stay in a Hilton again and have told our family and friends about tbe problems. This location is past its prime."

"Properties shows signs of wear, but kept clean and in order. Washing machines on site, pool was a bit cool for swimming but hot tub was nice. Breakfast was pretty standard, definitely nothing special, most hotels set a pretty low bar and this is one of them. Nice staff. Would stay again."

"The hotel was average. The rooms were quite dated. Noise from other guests could be heard through the walls easily. Decent breakfast. Friendly staff. Close to the highway with easy access for traveling. Overall the hotel is fine for a quick stop, but over priced for what is offered. "

"Clean room. No black out curtains so woke up very early. Very loud with freeway noise and no attempts made by hotel to block the noise. No carpet on the floor so room Is very loud. "
