"This is such a comfortable place. The food is good and plentiful. The staff is so friendly. I was welcomed warmly when we arrived. The General Manager steps in and does all the things she asks of her staff. She even remembers guest names. The rooms are very clean and large. It’s an ideal location if you want to shop at IKEA. I continue to return to this hotel when I’m in the Frisco area "

"The day was great. Everything was good except for the hold they put on your account when I paid for the room ahead of time so I was paid in full but they still charge my account $50 and they said they released it on Sunday and here it is 11 days later still not released and I called the bank for the second time and they said that it could take up to 30 days unless I get an email from the hotel stating that they release the money which is a lot of work and ridiculous for A to not stay no one should be able to hold your money that long when it’s not theirs in the first place"

"Staff was nowhere to be found when you went to check out or check in. They don’t offer coffee pots or microwaves in the room and every time I would go to get coffee they were out of it and you couldn’t find anybody to replenish it. Coffee is very important to this hard-working nurse won’t be staying there again."

"Outdated property but beds were comfortable. They allowed me to check in early which was nice but had to pay early check in fee in cash which was a bit odd. TV didn’t work and they tried to fix it but said to wait for maintenance man, who never showed up."

"I didn’t see the breakfast area only saw the coffee. Room was okay, first room had a clogged toilet and we had to move. That room had a window unit as the AC and it wouldn’t really stay on so we got hot at night. Bed was super comfortable though "

"Only hand held nozzle In shower. Your only option is horrible cable tv, no smart tv’s, my remote was broken, coffee maker broken, poll is half the size depicted on website and the button on treadmills were so worn out, difficult to adjust. Bed was ok, pillows awful. Will not be back "
