We love the place we love the hotel every time we come.It seems like there's some kind of a convention and we come for a anniversary trip to get access to the pool and hot tub.And it's already packed with children or teenagers."

"The hotel is ideally situated for shopping. The lobby is nice. We had paid for a corner room, an upgrade from the basic. The first room had no heat or hot water. After our second call and a trip to the front desk, our room was changed. In this room, if the hot water was allowed to run for 10 minutes, you could get a warm shower. If you turned the water off you had to restart the process. We left the room at 8:00 one morning and returned at 5:00. The room had still not been cleaned. After...

"This hotel was fantastic and an absolutely stellar place to stay when you are heading to Dallas. It was clean, quiet, gorgeous rooms, great amenities and the breakfast was top notch. I seriously would have gone to a restauraunt and paid for what they served."

"My husband's martini was terrific served in a pretty glass. The bar was real nice and they split our shared late evening meal in the kitchen so our burger was ready to eat without needing to cut it. We had a nice time and would return when we visit Frisco, TX."

"This was such a beautiful and well kept hotel. The amenities are great the only thing is I wish there was more INSIDE seating at the pool or an area for people to sit their belongings. "The hotel and rooms were clean and nice. The staff is friendly and attentive. I did not give 5 stars because the bathroom needs to have brighter lighting. There is one 12" LED light above the sink that is very dim. I couldn't imagine someone trying to put on makeup because it was so dark. And the water pressure in the shower was too low. It needs to be adjusted."

"We checked in and stayed in the smallest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. The staff told me it was “European-Style.” Would have been nice to know before I booked. It was like 120 square foot. And later the staff told me they had normal rooms but checked me into a European sized room. Took 15 minutes to valet park and check in. And the place wasn’t busy. Breakfast was a joke. It was a table of cold cuts and hard cheese. No breakfast food. Just glad it’s over. Won’t be back. ...
