It should not be that hard to get towels on a 2 night stay The linens are disgusting. They are about 20* years old and no life in them. They need new beds and new linens. Will not stay there again."

"We could not get our heat to work and when I asked to check it. They wanted to come in when we were getting up to leave. We checked out that afternoon. Since it was after 11am I was charged for the 2nd night which I understand. Not sure I would stay there next time."

"Very brief stay for five hours between a UConn game and a 4 AM departure for a flight from Bradley. However, the staff were friendly, the bed was comfortable and the hotel is in a very convenient location for air travel - only five minutes to the airport parking."

"There was no breakfast! They advertised a hot buffet and didn’t even have a grab and go. False advertising. The staff were good about getting me extra coffee out of a room at night. The room was clean and as advertised. Just no breakfast. "

"We arrived at 10:30 pm from the airport. No staff at the front desk. Waited for 20 minutes before a female staff member came to the desk. No explanation or apology. She begrudgingly informed me that they had no vacancy for the night. I showed her my reservation that we had made over a month prior. She then took my credit card and name, found my reservation and swiped my card for incidentals. I was told that it would be a while due to a glitch in the reservation system…no problem. I understand...
