"We stayed in Malcesine for four nights and paid extra for a lake-view room, which was absolutely worth it. Sitting on the balcony in the morning or in the evening with a drink, taking in the beautiful lake and surrounding mountains, was one of the highlights of our stay. "The room was very nice and clean. We had a very large balcony with a partial view of the lake. The hotel came with free breakfast and they had a very large selection of food to choose from. The restaurants nearby were also all very good. They had a pool that we had access to but you had to walk about 5 minutes. The staff were all amazing and they always were happy to help with any questions you had. You would not be disappointed with Hotel du Lac."

"The rooms were very clean, as well as the hotel and grounds. The staff was friendly and had great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The location on the beach allows for patrons to engage in multiple outdoor activities without having to drive or take public transportation. 11/10 will be recommending this hotel to friends."

"Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon und Seeblick (ca. 25 m²) gebucht, erhielten jedoch stattdessen ein deutlich kleineres Zimmer (ca. 12 m²) mit Terrasse am Parkplatz und ohne Seeblick. Das Zimmer wirkte unfertig und wie ein Einzelzimmer. Da bei unserer Ankunft nur der Barkeeper anwesend war, sollten wir einen Zimmerwechsel am nächsten Tag ansprechen. An der Rezeption hieß es mehrere Tage lang, das Hotel sei ausgebucht und wir sollten täglich erneut nachfragen. Parallel kontaktierte auch Expedia...
