"Couldn’t control the climate in my room . Huge negative"

"This room was for our employee, a bus driver, who had just dropped US Army Reserve troops at nearby Camp Atterbury. He needed his mandated 8 hour rest period before returning home. He stated that the front desk did not want him there because of parking the bus there. After his insistence they checked him in. He stated that the property was run down and smelled bad. We will not use this chain in the future."

"The Hyatt Place Bloomington is a clean and nice facility with many good amenities and a friendly staff. Its located in downtown near many good restaurants, places to drink, shopping and more. However, if you're not familiar with downtown Bloomington then you'll quickly realize this is located on a very busy street in the heart of downtown and right above a late night bar. "The curtains and many parts of the room were dusty. The refrigerator was not cold enough. The sheets had some stains. The toilet seat was old and ridiculously loose. Overall, very poor conditions! The staff were very helpful and courteous!"

"Was given a handicap room on the first floor that I did not request. When I entered the room, I was completely overwhelmed by the musty smell. It was completely overpowering every time you entered the room. Obviously the room has not been kept well cleaned. I won’t be coming back. Also, the air-conditioning did not work very well."

"The property was very clean. The rooms were clean when I got there and went to my room. There was no TV service and I approached them about it and I said we do not know if it’ll be a few days or weeks. The dish network has went out and they’re trying to find out the problem. The nice thing is they did have the TV service back up after 2 1/2 days and they switched me to a room that had the TV service unfortunately after they fix the TV service some reason the Internet service went down so you had...

"Perfect place to stay if you’re going to a concert in Nashville. The rustic vibe just added to the whole experience. It was clean with very comfy beds and strong shower pressure. I recommend staying there."
