"In the morning you could hear every person in the building through the walls, very loud and very early. We stayed for one night and there’s a sign in the washroom stating that house keeping comes every other day of your stay, so I didn’t bother with a do not disturb sign because we were checking out the next morning. However, house keeping walked in on our room twice before our 11 am check out time. They did knock but the hall ways were so noisy already that I didn’t realize they were knocking...

"Great choice for a short stay! The location is perfect, just a few minutes' drive from Highway 7 and its endless variety of great Chinese restaurants and dim sum. The hotel interior is clean, and the free outdoor parking is very convenient. My only minor issue was the sofa bed springs, which were a bit noisy when turning over at night. Overall, I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Toronto for the food scene!"

"THE best hotel I’ve stayed in for some time! It felt like I was in a cozy European hotel. Every staff member I encountered was so friendly and helpful. The decor and vibe are inviting and visually appealing, especially in the lobby as you enter and in the rooms. The bed was very comfortable and overall the property was super clean. And while you are there, I would suggest dinning or just having a drink at the restaurant. Like the rest of the hotel, the staff was great, the decor is beautiful,...

"My experience here was good. The most important thing is the room was nice. What I would want and expect in a nice hotel. Clean and well appointed. The front desk staff were also nice and helpful. So overall, very good."

"Front lobby and main floors are nice and updated. Unfortunately the hallway to our room and other floors are banged up walls and definitely need a paint job or occasional touch up. It’s very bad to see that. Bathroom need an update in the shower very avwrage for such a nice location. Also Average Continetial Breakfast but stuff is extremely friendly from checking in to breakfast room and Checkout. Convenient parking garage. "

"I love staying at Sheridan. I had a little problem understanding the lady at front desk and I had to pay for water for 3 dollars and change that I did not know was not free water. I also ended up paying 285 for my stay and gave them an additional 250 as security. They sent someone to check the room before I left before giving me back my security deposit. Not sure I would stay there again but I would not say don't go there. Otherwise it is a lovely place in terms of decor "
